Professor Elizabeth Olson elected President-Elect of the Association for Research in Otolaryngology

Join us in congratulating Professor Elizabeth Olson, PhD in her new role as President-Elect of the Association for Research (ARO) in Otolaryngology. Members of the ARO include scientists, engineers and physicians who are located in biotech industries, medical centers, research institutes and universities throughout the world. The goal of this organization is to:

1. Understand how the ear and the brain process sound and control balance

2. Determine the causes of diseases and disorders of these sensory systems

3. Devise new surgical, technological or biological treatments to improve patients’ lives.
